My team has been trying to access our WordPress account, but no one can get through. The account was working fine last week. Here is the login information everyone has been using:

The site https://www.jlla.org appears to be a self-hosted, WordPress (also called “.org”) site.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two, different entities, but the essential difference is that we don’t have access to all WordPress sites, only ones hosted on our WordPress.com servers. For more information, please see:
However, if you have access to the server control panel through your web host, it is always possible to regain access to a self-hosted, WordPress site. This WordPress.org Codex article will walk you through the steps:

Do you happen to know who your site hosted is? I checked and it appears to be Cloudflare, so I would reach out to them and see if they can assist you:
