Locked out of WordPress site admin

Hello, We got locked out of our wordpress site admin. We didn’t change our passwords or screen names, and all of a sudden a new pop up is showing up that says the site is not secure and our password is not valid. It says ‘Authentication required’ ‘This site is not secure’.
