Locked out of wordpress site I own – Can’t recover account

User annakuepfer Cannot Access the Dashboard Requested
I get the error “You are logged in as “annakuepfer” and do not have the necessary privileges to access the dashboard for “sage birth “. If you are not “annakuepfer”, please log out, and log back in with your username. If you are “annakuepfer” and you need access, please ask an administrator of the site to invite you.”
I know this is the account I used to create the site because the “contact me” section sends an email to that email address. I didn’t have any other email addresses at the time I created this website.
I can’t recover my account because I made it before a 2FA code, and I can’t find my sign-up password. My profile picture from this account is related to the content of the website I created, so I am certain it is the one I think it is.
I think I connected it to Wix somehow at some point, and made it redirect from sagebirthbyanna.wordpress.com to sagebirthbyanna.com
I need to edit content on this website so that it is accurate. How can I do that?
