locked out of wp

  so i typed in my password (correctly) and im now locked out for 167 hours…

  how can i fix this and how can i change the hours to maybe one hour?

  Hello there, I see from your earlier forum threads and replies (see here) that your site avalon.webudev.com isn’t hosted here on WordPressdotcom but is using the standalone version of WordPress. Is that the site you need help with?
