Locked out of "/wp-admin"

  I’m locked out of my own “/wp-admin.” When I try to log into my admin site, my 404 page displays.

  I created this problem myself yesterday, thinking I was engaging in a best practice recommended by the new iThemes Security. I followed the plug-in’s advice to check the box on the new iThemes Security page that disables admin. I selected a range of hours that should have disabled it only overnight. The lockout should have been up by now, but I have not been able to get back in yet today. What do I do now?
