Locked out of WP Admin file

  I tried changing my permalink structure and now I am locked out of my WP admin file and my site is totally screwed up

  We cannot change permalink structure on any blogs hosted by wordpress.COM and this site http://50.87.248.202/~thetrbm2/ is not one that we host. You are posting to the wrong support forum.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
