Locked Out of WP-ADMIN (Login Info is not letting me in)

    Hello,
    I have been setting up my new storefront website and I created a username and password during set up and now that login info is not letting me into the wordpress editor for my website. I am locked out and can’t finish setting up for sale and we need to get going ASAP. Why is my login info not working??? I don’t understand deactivating plugins, let alone deactivating them when I can’t get access to them on the editing page. Please Help.

    It looks like your site is hosted by a third-party registrar, You are in the wrong forum you should ask the above query in the WordPress.org forum. Please visit this link here http://wordpress.org/support to post to those forums and generate a ticket.
