Locked out of WP-Admin Permanently

    I spent hours setting up my website today and spent hundreds of dollars on plugins and such, and now I cant get back into WP-admin.

    I am locked out.

    It asks for a username and password.
    If I go to my websites Wp-admin page it will not accept the password I set up.
    When I click ‘forgot password’ it takes me to my own websites store dashboard for a password reset inside my own store, not the wordpress password reset. So getting my WP-admin password is 100% impossible for some reason

    I have tried everything I can think of; and am enraged to find that wordpress has absolutely NO support offered, even after I’ve shelled out hundreds of dollars today.

    If I can’t find a way into my this wp-admin page today; I am contacting my card issuer and doing a full chargeback on all of my wordpress purchases today.

    Hello there,

    This site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider. This is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    It means we’re unable to help with 808puzzles.com because we don’t have access to it.
