Locked out of WP – no Dashboard Access

    Hi there: I’m locked out and I’m not receiving the reset emails. I also tried resetting from myadminphp with no luck because. Can someone assist? I’m not a tech person and need it to be as easy as contacting support which i can’t. Thank you
