Locked Out: Ready for Manual Transfer

  I’m locked out of my local instance of WordPress. After reading nearly every post and trying every feasible avenue, I’m still locked out. Now I’m running two instances with the latest version all clean and ready to go.

  Since I can’t log into my previous version to export the content, how can I manually export the data from 2.5 and import it into 2.6?
