Locked Out w/o Backup Codes

    Hello,

    I recently upgraded my cell phone which reset my two step authentication app and as a result I can no longer access my site’s admin page (I logged in under another user’s account who writes for my site so I could post this).

    I can’t find my “backup codes” and when I try to hit the “Send recovery code via text” after entering my username and password, a note pops up stating that a recovery code has been sent but then I don’t receive anything on my phone (and I know for a fact that my account is linked to my correct phone number).

    I submitted an “account recovery” form but wanted to post this here as well. I pay for several upgrades every year and would very much like to get into my site this evening if possible.

    Hi, we didn’t catch which account you’re trying to log into, but the Account Recovery team is pretty quick if you’ve filled out the form properly. If you still need help, go ahead and re-fill the form with as much information as possible so they can help. Cheers!
