Lodestar theme, how to have different header images

  Hello!

  I am trying to figure out how to change the images with each page rather than having the same image on each page. The site I need help with is: https://jennifercrowelopez.wordpress.com/
  I’ve seemed to manage to do this with the About page and the Contact page but there was an image there to start with and edit.
  Any help would be appreciated!

  Hi there, for each panel on the main page, set a featured image in the page editor and it will show up on the main page panel. On pages that are not in one of the Panels, if you set a featured image, it will show up at the top of that page. If you do not, then the image that is set at Customize > Header Image will appear at the top of the page.

  If you haven’t already, you can find out more on the Lodestar Theme Showcase page. For image sizes to use, scroll near the bottom of the showcase page and look for the Quick Specs section.

  Thanks for your reply!! I’m sorry I’m not seeing that. When i go into Customize>Header Image, it changes the image on all pages.

  I’ve tried to add it within each page but it just adds the image below, like this: https://jennifercrowelopez.wordpress.com/weddings/
  But I am looking to change it like the Contacts Page: https://jennifercrowelopez.wordpress.com/contact/

  You need to set the image that you want to appear in the header area of the pages, such as Weddings, as a Featured Image. On your Contact page, there is a Featured Image Set.

  oh shux! I spoke too soon. Just having one last issue with the blog page now. I tried to read all the support topics on this but couldn’t figure it out. I am just looking to change the feature image on the blog page: https://jennifercrowelopez.wordpress.com/blog/

  I tried to play with it by adding another blog page for some reason the featured image will change. However, then the posts can’t be viewed.
  So I went back to make sure everything was set to have posts show on the correct Blog page and it’s working but now the featured image is not showing up.
  But it does show up in my page settings as changed.
  I think I am not following the function and set-up.
  Any help would be very appreciated!!

  The blog page will not use a featured image set on that page, and will show the image set as a header image, but we can change that. Add the following to your custom CSS and replace URL_OF_IMAGE between the quote marks with the URL of the chose image from your Media Library.

  .blog .custom-header-image {
    background: url('URL_OF_IMAGE') no-repeat scroll center top !important;
  }
