Lodestar theme – no header image on portfolio archive or project pages
-
For some reason, the header image for my site isn’t displaying on my portfolio archive page (https://scotcolford.com/portfolio/) or project pages (like https://scotcolford.com/portfolio/photos/).
It does display on the home page (https://scotcolford.com/) and individual pages (https://scotcolford.com/contact/).
And when I define a featured image for a page (https://scotcolford.com/bio/), that’s used instead, which I like. But though all of my projects have featured images (which I want for the project archive page thumbnails), it doesn’t use those on the project pages nor does it display the default header. I would be happy with either if the default header would also display on the archive page.
Any thoughts about why or how I can fix this? I have a child theme going so I could add a function to display the projects on the portfolio archive page in ascending order, so if it’s a matter of doing something in functions.php or the style sheet, I can do that.

Hi scolford,
scotcolford.com is a WordPress.org site hosted by Bluehost, rather than WordPress.com:
We can only help with WordPress.com sites here so I recommend posting to the WordPress.org support forums instead. There is a dedicated area for the Lodestar theme you are using:
I hope this helps!

Oh, so sorry. I followed the link to support from the Jetpack themes site where I downloaded it and thought this the appropriate place to request support.
For my future reference, if I upgrade to a paid Jetpack subscription (which I intend to do when I determine the level I need), would this forum be suitable for support requests?

Hi there,
If you upgrade to a Jetpack plan then you’ll have access to priority email support through that contact form:
