Dear Sirs,
We are Belgium based company called BANYAS bvba. We have hired web designer who created using your platform our website http://www.banyas-it.com however after he finished and we paid his services ( with which we were very satisfied) he disappeared without transferring to us neither password nor user to access to our website. What should we do? We tried to reach him for last month without success …The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I’m so sorry to hear this. I checked your website – http://banyas-it.com/ – and this is hosted by one.com. You can try to contact them if they could help you on this.
You should be able to login through this page http://www.banyas-it.com/wp-admin for your self-hosted WordPress.com site. However, this may not be helpful if you don’t have the email address used for the account.
There’s a possible way to get access on this WordPress site, if you can get another IT person to help you. You can add another admin user through phpMyAdmin, so you can have access and remove your previous developer’s access.
This forum is for users with websites hosted by WordPress.COM.
