I am afraid you are on the wrong forums, it looks like you need help with a self-hosted WordPress.org site. These forums are for sites hosted on WordPress.com.

I’m trying to access my Dashboard. When I add ‘admin’ to the end of my url to go to it, it takes me to a log-in page. When I add my email address and password to log in it keeps being rejected saying its not recognised. Frustrating!!

Can someone help me please?! Previous response did not help. As stated, I CANNOT log in to WordPress or Jetpack or anything else even though I’m using the email address I subscribed with and my password. I’m wasting my afternoon when I need to be working so this is REALLY frustrating.. as is lack of response from ‘Happiness Engineers’.

I´m afraid @stefbarz is correct, and your website is a self-hosted WordPress.org site.
Still, have you tried to restore your password?

starttheconversation.org.uk is a WordPress.org site hosted by Bluehost, rather than WordPress.com. However, it is connected to your WordPress.com account with the Jetpack plugin.
The username and password for your account on starttheconversation.org.uk are stored on Bluehost servers so we don’t have access to that information. If haven’t done so already, please try resetting your password on the Lost Password page.
I recommend contacting Bluehost if you are unable to reset your password — they should be able to give you more information about the next steps.

Hi, thanks all.. Based on info above I re-accessed through Bluehost, reset my password and can now access WP through BH and therefore my Dashboard. Got there in the end.
