Every time I go to log in to word press it sends me a link to my Gmail that I have to click to log in. It’s very frustrating. How do I stop this please

You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard. The Admin login link to the dashboard for every blog hosted by wordpress.COM is:

I don’t know why you are getting a link in an email unless you are reporting a lost password. Have you been doing that?

If you are not logged in under the correct WordPress.COM username account then clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies prior to logging into another account
If you did not register the site under your username account and do not have the required access, then you need to contact the person who registered the account and site under it, and have them act or transfer the site to your username account by using this process. http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#transferring-your-blog-to-another-user-or-account

This is happening because when you signed up for your account you opted not to create a password, but to log in via an email link instead.
If you’d prefer to log in using a password, please first set a password in your account settings, here:

Once you’ve done that, you should have the option on the login screen to log in using your password rather than the email link.
