  I tried to log in with my username and email address but it showed that WordPress did not recognize my email. How do I log in?

  To be clear, this happened when I tried to customize my theme. The WordPress log in page would show up and my username and password would not be recognized.

  On what site are you working? The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com.

  If you’re speaking of the Jetpack-connected site in your account, http://www.rosethi.com/, that site uses the open source WordPress software. We have no control over your admin login for that site – that password is stored directly in your site database on your hosting provider’s servers.
