  I have just joined WordPress and am already frustrated! I am unable to log on when asked to do so and your site tells me my email address in not recognised – although you write to me at that address – (email visible only to moderators and staff). I have changed password twice but still no luck! Help please for an ageing nomad.

  You have a self-hosted website. As you can see, the coming soon page is shown by Bluehost.

  We’re only able to help with the websites hosted on WordPress.com.

  You should contact your web hosting customer support for help.

  WordPress.com and WordPress.org are the two different platforms. Please read this to know more.
