  The account you are currently logged in to hasn’t created any WordPress.com sites. Can you send a link to the one you need help with?

  If it was created with self hosted WordPress.org software, I recommend contacting your host for advice. The WordPress.org support forums will be the best place to post if you need any further help after speaking to them.

  I’m happy to check where the site is hosted if you aren’t sure.
