  hello i’m unable to log in to the backend of rohnbayes.com
  i may have a previous username of password blocking me / can’t figure it out
  can anyone assist me ??

  rohnbayes.com is a WordPress.org site hosted by GoDaddy (rather than WordPress.com):

  WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

  The login details are stored on GoDaddy servers which means we do not have access to that information — please contact them for help if you are unable to login at all.

  The WordPress.org support forums will be the best place to post if you need more advice after speaking to them:

  i contacted godaddy and they told me that i needed the IP address from wordpress in order to re-connect the domain name with the website / for some reason it has been disconnected / i’m clueless here can you help me with my IP address ?

  it looks like i don’t actually have a wordpress website just a blog – is that right ?? in which case i need to setup a rohnbayes.com website and include the blog posts i already have / can you help me with that ??

  this is strange and confusing / when started my wordpress site i could easily get into my back page and post / for some reason that stopped working and now i can’t add features, post or do anything / would really like some resolution

  on 8/25 the date i opened my word press site i was charged $48 on my credit card now it says i have no site ??

  @kiospirit I’m sorry you’re having such trouble. I looked up the domain you mentioned, and was able to find a mapping upgrade with an existing site. It’s under username satpin. Can you log out (you can do that here), and log back in as that user?

  And, we recommend pointing the domain to our name servers, if possible:

  ns1.wordpress.com
  ns2.wordpress.com
  ns3.wordpress.com

  i’m sorry but i’m very confused
  satpin seems to be aligned with humanstoryprojectorg.wordpress.com a defunct website
  i can log in with username kiospirit and the password i just reset but i cannot access my back page it says ‘create site’ when i click on my site in the upper left corner
  rohnbayes.com should take me to my website and give me access to the back page / when i paid for my site on 8/25 it worked and i subsequently posted 3 posts but when i tried to post a few weeks ago it told me i didn’t have a site even though i can see the site and the posts that i wrote but not the back page

  Hi there,

  Let me clear up the confusion.

  You registered the domain rohnbayes.com through GoDaddy and have created your blog with us (WordPress.com).

  The blog you have written the 3 posts is rohnbayes.wordpress.com and this is where your domain should be pointing.

  Also, that blog is under the satpin account, so if you want to continue writing on that blog and correct the mapping of your domain, you need to log in to that account. The kiospirit account doesn’t own any blogs or any upgrades.

  thank you for the reply
  i talked to godaddy on the phone and gave them the IP addresses that were given to me by a word press staff member to point my domain name
  neither rohnbayes.com or rohnbayes.wordpress.com allows access to my back page

  i have two questions for you – are you suggesting that the domain name rohnbayes.com needs to point to rohnbayes.wordpress.com not rohnbayes.com ??

  also i was under the impression that i bought a fully featured word press website are you suggesting that it’s only a blog ??

  whoops third question – would it be simpler to cancel the domain name rohnbayes.com from godaddy and register it with you ??

  my deepest and most humble apologies for my ineptitude but some of this stuff just doesn’t make sense to me

  ok i logged in as satpin after updating my password and found my website along with 3 free sites that are defunct
  i’d like to have the domain name simply rohnbayes.com not rohnbayes.wordpress.com / how can i do that ??

  The domain mapping is correctly set up on our end. All you need to do now is update the nameservers on GoDaddy’s end. Here are the instructions for that:
