  Hi, I created my account on the domena GoDaddy 2 months ago and I started to do my blog. Now i want to log in , but I cannot. My nickname and passoword don’t work. I cannot even use the option ‘ forget password’ because it said there is no nickname/ email adress like this. Please. S. O. S!

  What’s the site URL in question here?

  It sounds like you are set up on the stand alone WordPress installation rather than using us at WordPress.com – these are 2 different versions of WordPress:

  WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

  Hi!

  Thank you for your answer. It’s WordPress.com. So what should I do now? Start to launch a new one? Or can I somehow use my previous website?

  Hi @katarzynasokolowska85, this is a self-hosted copy of WordPress through GoDaddy. It’s quite different from a site that is on our servers.

  And since your site is not here on our servers, we don’t have access to help you regain access. But I may be able to point you in the right direction.

  First contact GoDaddy to be sure you have backups and can access the hosting side of your site, then read all of these these instructions from WordPress.org to determine which method you want to use to regain access to your installation:
  http://codex.wordpress.org/Resetting_Your_Password

  As long as you can log into GoDaddy, you should be able to regain access. If you need more help, head to to the forums for self-hosted sites at https://wordpress.org/support
