  I try to log in on my phone and it doesn’t let me log in and says that my password is not the correct one. I had friends trying to set up a log in and the same message comes up that the password belongs to another account. This is frustrating. Can you send me explicit directions for me and for them.

  When you say you’re trying to log in on your phone, do you mean the WordPress mobile app or are you accessing your account via a mobile browser?
  What site are you trying to access?
