  Good afternoon,
  I been having problems logging in to my account. Always I try to log in tells me to create a domain name which I already have. If someone can please help me in this matter. Thanks you!

  Hi there, I’m guessing you have another account. Can you log out and log in with the account associated with that site? It should be the email address that gets renewal reminders and what not.
