  At the bottom of our web page it says “Powered By WordPress.com” So you’re telling me I can’t edit our website through you guys?

  It actually says “powered by wordpress”. WordPress is just the software your site uses. Here we are at WordPress.com which specialises in hosting sites using a version of the wordpress software. Your site isn’t hosted on WordPress.com servers so staff here have no access to it.
