  hi,

  I am admin on https://the-shift.co.uk
  It won’t let me log in, as it says my password is wrong, but neither do I recieve an email allowing me to change my password when I request one.

  Can you resolve this please

  We can’t help you as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform nor is it connected to a wordpress.com account. As your site uses the open source wordpress.org, support is at https://wordpress.org/support/
