  How can I speak to a customer service? It’s about having to log in every time I come here which is quite often. It sure doesn’t tempt me to upgrade. It’s quite annoying. And, yes, I’ve tried all the usual things except paying.

  Hi @susanstoo, you’ve posted in our free forums, but as staff we check these often!

  It sounds like your browser does not remember your login. If you’re checking that box to be remembered for 30 days, and it’s still not working right, would you be willing to test another browser to see if you have the same issue there?

  If not (and I’m guessing you won’t) it’s likely a setting in your Chrome browser that’s preventing it from remembering you’re logged in. It may even be a browser add-on or extension that’s blocking the ability to remember you’ve logged in. That ability to remember your login is powered by “cookies” , and people sometimes set up their browsers or install privacy add-ons to block that. Let us know what you find out so we can take the next steps.
