  Goodevening,

  i can’t seem to log in on my website, if i use my laptop. Ive changed the password and im able to login through my phone, but still not through my laptop.

  ive contacted my hosting service and they don’t have a clear answer.
  tried deleting my history and cookies on this laptop, but with no results.

  can you guys help me log in ?
  its hard to edit wordpress through a phone.

  hope you guys can help me and thanks for taking your time to read this post.

  We would need your website URL

  From what you describe , I am thinking it is not hosted on WordPress.com but rather uses WordPress.org. below is the difference.
  https://wordpress.com/go/business-website-guidance/wordpress-com-vs-wordpress-org/.

  In any case , please send the website URL.
