  I cannot log in. I can go to the reset password page and then when I click on make a new password, suddenly I’m logged in without making a new password. There’s something wrong with the primary site settings? I don’t know.

  Can you ensure you’re logging out of this account before trying to reset the password for another user? Or, you may try another browser where you’re logged out of this account, and use that one for resetting your password.
