  I can’t access my website – when ever I click on a menu it asks me to log in again and doesn’t recognise my log in details. Can you help

  So, whenever you click on a menu tab, it sends you to the WordPress login screen? Not seeing this on my end. This sounds like it could be a cache issue. Have you tried logging in using a different browser or clearing your browser’s cache?
  
  Also, I take it you are sure of the login credentials. However, have you tried resetting the password?
