  My site crashed on wordpress on 10 November. My provider, OnlyDomain, says they have resolved the issue their end, however, I am unable to log on to WordPress. It does not recognise my previous username and email accounts I enter. Please Help so I can log in…the attached form does not help either as it does not recognise my email address or log on name. When I have tried to create a new account, it won’t let me either because it says that my Domain name has been taken. many thanks

  Hi @sharwho, it sounds like your site may not be here on our servers. If you’ll send its URL I’d be happy to check, and if it’s not something we have control over here, I can at least point you in the right direction.

  Hi Supernovia – thank you for your message. I have been trying to start from scratch (again) as I’ve been unable to retrieve my last website. The URL is: http://www.coach2connect.co – now I’m not sure if i’ve overwritten my last one? or my old one is sitting in the background somewhere? if it is…it will save me hours of re doing…any help will be appreciated

  Okay, this is not on our servers: you’re running your own copy at another host. You might check with them to see whether the have backups or whether the old files and data are still there somewhere — in which case the WordPress.org community may be able to help you patch things back together:
