  Hello WordPress,
  I know you must be extremely busy, but I have been trying to contact you regarding my website. http://www.bubbasweets.com was purchased by my family in July of 2015 and the log in information was handed over to us then as well. I was able to change the account, putting my name as President, etc. However, now I can not log in for the life of me! I made a separate account just so I can get in contact with WordPress and see what the steps are to get my little dilemma fixed ASAP. I need to be able to get in to put deals on my cupcake shop for the holidays! I need your help because there is potential business to be made. This is one of the busiest times of the year for my shop.

  Unfortunately, this isn’t the right WordPress forum to help with that problem. You appear to have a self-hosted site using the WordPress.org software, but this forum is for blogs hosted here on WordPress.com. The two versions are different and have separate forums. Please post your question at the WordPress.org forum: <a href=”https://wordpress.org/support/
