Log in "button" missing

  I had made some changes to the appearance of my blog and now the log in button is missing. The only way I can log in to my blog is by going to my email in which someone commented and I need to approve. Then when I hit approve it asks me to log in. But if I just go to my blog, there is no way for me to log in… any thoughts?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
