Log In Confusion

    I am the host of the website events-by-jennifer.com and I want to understand what account it is under. The owner and I run the site and we both have word press accounts but we were pretty sure we created one for the business itself but evidently not. I am unsure of what account the website is under.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi,

    It appears that your website (events-by-jennifer.com) uses the self-hosted version of WordPress rather than WordPress.com, which is what this forum is designed to help with. Note the difference here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    You may be able to find help here: https://wordpress.org/support/ or alternatively contact your hosting provider.

    Let us know if you’re trying to edit that site on WordPress.com’s Calypso editor via Jetpack.
