Log-in details

I am looking to create a website which requires users to have a set of details to view the content. Can anyone help me with this?
The site would need to be private. Prospective users would receive their log-in key. The prospective users would also need to be able to comment/open discussions on the webpage.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You have two options:
1. WordPress.COM Business plan https://wordpress.com/pricing and installing a plugin.
2. Moving to self hosted WordPress https://move.wordpress.com and installing a plugin.Blogger installed plugins and third party or custom themes cannot be used on WordPress.COM hosted sites unless you have a Business Plan.
