Log In Error Messages

    When I attempt to access my login page (americanwindsinternational/wp-admin) I get the following error messages:

    Warning: require_once(/home/internat/public_html/wp-content/plugins/better-wp-security/lib/bit51/bit51.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/internat/public_html/wp-content/plugins/better-wp-security/better-wp-security.php on line 16

    Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/home/internat/public_html/wp-content/plugins/better-wp-security/lib/bit51/bit51.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/php54/lib/php’) in /home/internat/public_html/wp-content/plugins/better-wp-security/better-wp-security.php on line 16

    When attempting to find what version software I have, I received this error message:

    W3 Total Cache Error: some files appear to be missing or out of place. Please re-install plugin or remove /home/internat/public_html/wp-content/advanced-cache.php.

    I am lost and would appreciate help. Thank

    You are posting to the wrong support forum.

    We provide support only for wordpress.COM hosted sites. Our support docs do not apply to
    (1) local installs of wordpress.ORG software on your own server or
    (2) wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, and we do not provide support for them at wordpress.COM.

    Also, note that we do not provide Jetpack support https://jetpack.me/support/ for sites linked to wordpress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin so they display on the My Sites wordpress.com account page.

    WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.     As you are referring to a site that is not hosted here, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
