Log in error to website

  Hello. I’m apart of a small start up website that uses wordpress.com as our host. We’re called Poppu.net. When any of us admins go to log into our account we keep getting a error message.

  We thought maybe we we’re using a worng password and when we go to have a password recovery we get the same error and nor recovery email. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.

  http://poppu.net/ is not hosted at WordPress.com. It is using wordpress.ORG software, and you need to be in their forums for assistance with that version of the software.
