Log in failure

  Im trying to customise the layout on my website, but to do that I need to login on my website…
  and the login says I don’t even have the right user name or password. I thought it was the same username and password as when I log into wordpress.com, apparently not…
  Can you help me fix this ?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Your site is not a wordpress.com website but is using the standalone version of wordpress.org. You need to contact your hosting Bluehost to get the login credentials.

  Hi
  I am trying to fix my issue with logging in as Admin to dashboard via FileZilla.
  I cannot find my FTp Credentials, host and prot. How can I access these info?

  Please do not post into old threads created by other users.

  You did not provide a link to the site you need help with, but the only site in your account is the self-hosted WordPress site, http://www.leilaheidarvandchildrenbook.com/

  To find your FTP credentials for that site you need to log in at your hosting provider, authorwebservices.net, as your site is on their servers, so it’s their servers you need to access via FileZilla.

  WordPress.com does not offer FTP access for sites hosted here, and we cannot help you with a site that’s not hosted on our servers.
