    Hi There,

    I’ve assigned a freelancer to create a website for me from the freelancer.com website. My hosting team has contacted me in regards to the website and notified me that he website has been hacked.

    I tried to contact the freelancer Faisal his email address is (email visible only to moderators and staff), but I haven’t got any respond from he for one week now.

    Is there anyway you can help me get the log-in details for the website? I’ve paid them the money already, but he didn’t want to pas me the log-in details.

    If you need evidence, can forward the email conversation we had and also email from the freelancer team regarding this freelancer.

    Hi,

    Are you referring to a WordPress.com site? The site https://auproduce.wordpress.com/ has a default post and two default pages published, a few default widgets, and little else.

    Sorry, I forgot that you’d given the address of the site referred to in the topic title. The site http://aproduce.com.au/ is not a WordPress.com site, and therefore this is not the proper forum for addressing issues regarding that site or the account it’s in.
