Log-in for commenting still required…

  No one seems to be able to comment on my blog http://cidadelouca.wordpress.com without first logging in to WordPress.com.

  All “Discussion” settings below have been dutifully UN-checked:

  • An administrator must always approve the comment
  • Comment author must fill out name and e-mail
  • Comment author must have a previously approved comment

  …and of course, saved as thus. But people still need to log in order to comment.

  I’ve tried logging out of WordPress, then loading up my site… tried closing and restarting my browser… all to no avail.

  Anything I’ve been missing?

  Go to settings > general, and deselect “Users must be registered and logged in to comment” and then click save changes.
