  I’m able to access my page from my laptop but am unable to do so on my phone.

  Can you please share website url on which your facing issue. Please note this forum only address issue with website hosted on WordPress.com only.

  Hello,

  Please share your website URL.

  Make sure that your blog is not set up to be private. If so, you will be only able to see it while logged in, which I assume is the case on your laptop.

  To check this click on the ‘settings’ in your dashboard and scroll a bit down to the ‘privacy’ section (Screenshot) and choose ‘public’ if you wish that your website to be visible on all devices.
  You can as well keep your site private while in development, and log in on your phone so you can see it.
