log in FTP

  I want my connecttomoon.wordpress.com-page to become http://www.connect2.nl. My provider helps me but needs the log in of the FTP-server to download the database. Can I get the log in and where?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  No FTP access here –

  You need to map the domain name: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/

  You can import a blog here – but it must be an export file that is in xml format –

  did you have an old WordPress.ORG installed blog?

  http://connect2.nl/ – has no content – is that the blog you are referring to?

  It also seems your developer does not know that they are doing if they want FTP access for a WordPress.COM site – please have them read the link below
