Log In Hell!
-
My client Maria Davies has had a Word Press web site for over 5 years. I have had trouble logging in occasionally over the years. I have been her communications consultant for 13 years and have worked on her site exclusively for the entire time she has had the site. I recently bought a new computer and Word Press would not let me log in, so I asked my client Maria, who is a bit tech phobic to reset her password. Well, somehow the user name changed in that process. So I linked the new user name to her site and reset the password myself, hoping our system would recognize my computer. Now it allows me to log in to your ‘Reader’ page and when I click on go to site it tells me I don’t have a site…it’s really silly but I can’t get into the site to make updates and changes and am very frustrated.
