  I have an account that is associated with an obsolete email. I have now been charged a renewal fee, and I cannot get into my account.

  Please retrieve the transaction ID from that charge and send to us with the Account Recovery form. This way we’ll be able to validate that you’re the owner of that account, cancel the renewal and issue you a refund.
