Good morning, I can’t log in to my wordpress account for the site: performanagementsm.wordpress.com. The site was created in 2011 but I can’t find the e-mail address required for the access nor any other information used to create the site but I am the owner of the domain http://www.performanagement.com.
After I access how can I delete the site?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

What I can do is e-mail the address associated with the account so that you can check all of your e-mails and see which one receives the message. All you would need to do is respond from that e-mail to verify ownership. Then, I will definitely be able to assist you in regaining access.

Thanks for your reply. I apologize. I asked someone who reports to me to assist in this process and they wrote incorrect info. I can not log into my website: performanagementsm.wordpress.com because ALL the emails I have are not recognized by wordpress and I have no other info (order number, certificate etc etc which wordpress asks). It is possible that the website: performanagementsm.wordpress.com was associated with the email address of a person who used to work for me 5 years ago and no longer does, thus it is useless to send an email to that person since I have no contact info for that person. The email addresses I own are: (email visible only to moderators and staff) and (email visible only to moderators and staff) and (email visible only to moderators and staff). No others. So, if you can email any of these emails, I can access them and then enter my website: performanagementsm.wordpress.com. As I mentioned you can verify on “Who Is” that I own the domain: http://www.performanagement.com.
Plese note: the person I lost contact with also created the website iisola on wordpress which I can access as it is linked to one of my emails and thus I am writing to you through this website. But I need to access the other website.

Hi there,
None of the emails you provided is the email associated with the account.
Is it possible to get in contact the person who worked for you 5 years ago? That may be the best bet in retrieving the domain. Or if you paid for the domain, you can get the PayPal transaction id from the receipt – that is another form of proof that we accept.

I appreciate you are trying to help me but frankly I find this reply offensive, because it means you did not read my emails and assume I am dumb.
As I explained I need help from WordPress because I already know that none of my emails are associated with my website: performanagementsm.wordpress.com. I also already tried to contact the person who worked for me 5 yrs ago but she is definitely not on the same continent I am on, I have no phone number for her, and I have no clue where she is and she may very well be using other emails, the emails I had for her 5 yrs ago were: (email visible only to moderators and staff) and (email visible only to moderators and staff) her name is Isabelle Segall McDonnell.
As I also already said I have no other access info, and as you can see yourself this is a free domain so I have no PayPal transaction id. As I also wrote you can verify on “Who Is” that I own the domain: http://www.performanagement.com hosted on Aruba.
And if you read the website performanagementsm.wordpress.com you will see my bio with my photo which corresponds to my bio and photo at my email: (email visible only to moderators and staff) and on my Linked In profile, name Isabella Isola at https://it.linkedin.com/in/isaisolamulticulturalcoach.
I do not know which other info WordPress wants from me to give me access to my own website, but if you cannot give me access then you must delete this website because wordpress does not have my permission to publish information about me without giving me access to it, which is what wordpress is currently doing.
At this point wordpress is doing something illegal and which is a serious violation of my privacy rights.

I understand your frustration, and I want to help you get back into your account if possible. I was only emphasizing reaching out to the old contact because really, that is the best bet to get back into your account. Especially since you no longer have contact with them, I was seeing if you wanted me to email the address by chance they would respond back to me and be willing to assist us in regaining access to your blog.

You spoke of a custom domain performanagement.com which I initially thought was under the account you were trying to gain access to. That is why I mentioned the PayPal option. I wasn’t aware it was hosted on Aruba, so I apologize.

We have a strict policy in place to protect our users from third parties who might try to use our support system to gain access to other users’ accounts.
However, if there’s personal information on your blog, I would be happy to set it to private for you so search engines and users can’t access it – just let me know.

Please let me know within 2 days if the person replies if not by Monday November 21st we will have to take other measures.The Terms of Service are interesting but currently WordPress is not adhering to the purpose indicated in the terms of service in other words WordPress is not using my information: “solely for the purpose of displaying, distributing, and promoting your blog.”
WordPress cannot be doing this because WordPress has neither up-to-date nor correct information in my blog therefore what WordPress is doing is contrary to and in violation of the terms of service.
I sent you evidence that the information regards me and WordPress does not have my authorization to use it.
Perhaps you have somebody else’s authorization to use it but the information is about me!!
Pls let me know if you receive any response by Monday november 21.

Does this student still have access to the email she used under the account? All she has to do is reply to me and let me know it’s okay to transfer the site over to you.
I haven’t received a response from the email I sent yet, however. But, if she was able to find a username and password, I would venture that she has access to the email associated with the username and password she found.

Even if I do transfer you to another staff, they will let you know the same thing.
We can again set the site to private which is almost as good as deletion – no one will have access to viewing the site, and search engines will no longer be able to access and index the site.
I will see if I can escalate this for you.

WordPress is publishing information about me without my approval; the information is not up to date and therefore incorrect.
This is illegal regardless of what the terms of service say.
I have provided plenty of proof that the website is mine and regards me and the information in it is about me so WordPress should not be insisting absurdly that the only proof can be an email.
An email has absolutely no legal validity whatsoever to identify a person, it is not a valid identification document, and therefore WordPress must be able to verify identity with legally recognized identification.

Hello Isabella –
While I understand your frustration the only way to gain access to this account is through the Account Recovery Form. We require one of the items listed there as proof of ownership – this is not something that we can make exceptions for.
WordPress.com is not posting content to your site. Can you share an example of the information you believe to be posted by us?
