Log in issue please help today

Hello, I have another website and account – jenree.com – however whenever I try to login to that site, I am only able to view my other site to edit – healthhighness.com – can you please help me to find my login information for jenree.com? I tried to reset the password via an e-mail link about 5 times but I am not receiving an e-mail and I have even checked the spam folders. Please help asap! Thanks!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hello!
Looking at the WhoIsHostingThis, it looks like jenree.com is actually hosted by SingleHop/Banana Hosting, and not hosted here on WordPress.com.
Just FYI, WordPress.COM is for sites being hosted on WordPress servers, whereas you can use WordPress software with other hosts (as it seem like you might have). In that case, we here at WordPress.COM would have no access to the site.
Are you familiar with Banana hosting? Could it be that someone else registered this site there separately?
-
Hi, thank you so much for getting back to me! Yes, it is hosted by bana hosting, however, last week I was editing it on wordpress, so I know that it is on here too.
-
Hmm, I’m not quite sure what the issue is. It does look like the jenree.com site is completely separate from WordPress.COM and is running with WordPress.ORG, as the footer on the site notes.
I’m going to tag a MODLOOK on here, so that a Staff member who has full access to your account info can come look.
I hope this helps!

jenree.com is using free open source self-hosted WordPress from https://wordpress.org on an external hosting provider. See https://www.whoishostingthis.com/?q=jenree.com
last week I was editing it on wordpress, so I know that it is on here too.
You might be using JetPack plugin to connect your site with WordPress.com account to make use of additional features provided by WordPress.com. However, this doesn’t change the hosting of your site to WordPress.com or doesn’t bring the files from your site here.
Please contact the support team of your hosting provider to help you regain access to your site. Community support for WordPress.org sites is offered in the support forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ as well.
WordPress.org and WordPress.com are different in structure and can be confusing. More information about the differences can be found here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

Hi jennamarie929yahoocom,
As @theblakesheep and @akumarjain already said jenree.com isn’t hosted on WordPress.com.
If you need to recover your site’s log-in information you should contact your hosting provider (BanaHosting).

Hi Tonka,
Can you please use the Account recovery form:
https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery
To prove that you’re indeed the owner of that account you need to provide:
– A transaction ID from a recent paid upgrade to the account. You can see more details about this here:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/transaction-id/
– The WordPress.com account activation link, which we sent to your email address when you first registered with us.
You can read more here:

Hi, not overly impressed with WordPress so far!! You don’t have a Customer Service dept and yet you keep sending me emails asking me to upgrade to a more premium account – however, your online form doesn’t work!!! Any emails I send you about this, bounce back. There’s a fault on your form – it won’t allow spaces on the address, and says the postcode is not valid (it is!!) not impressed.
-
Hi kedecat,
Can you please let me know where are you trying to insert your postcode as well as the country’s postcode so I can have a look?
Thanks!
-
There’s a box that asks for the postcode on bottom right hand side of form, from memory. My postcode is a UK one. Also the address section doesn’t let you add any spaces, eg it will come out as Acaciaavenue (instead of Acacia Avenue) so there’s obvs something wrong with the form.
-
Hi kedecat,
As you can see from the following screenshot both the address and the postcode are entered correctly:
Can you please try the following things:
– Clear your browser’s cache
– Force refresh the page
– Log-out from your WordPress.com account and log-in again. If that doesnít work then please check your browser settings or use another browser. You can read more about how to troubleshoot your browser issues here:

I am highly disappointed, not only that i cant log into may account after trying all options for last 10 days but also not having any kind of real support help from wordpress.
In the real time digital and instant world, it is not good enough to send me “read more here” response. It is not human and formal does not work anymore in customer care in 2017! Please get personal and focus on your customer and their problem and personalise customer care.
I have already took all those steps you suggested in your reply numerous times and as a last option after everything fails me I reach out to support to get help.
I have been trying to log in into my blog using the Account recovery form, Going in circles with all options on how to log in as I had few phone numbers since my authenticator app is set on very old number.
To prove that I am indeed the owner of that account; I cant find A transaction ID from my paid upgrade to the account, because I made this trasation 7 years ago in different country where I was living at the time and I had a PayPal account set up for that location, after relocation I deleted and set up a new PayPal in UK.
I do have a historical email from WordPress telling me about my upgrade and that is a Definitely a proof of me being the owner.
I am absolutely expecting help from WordPress and assistance as I know my email address and my username, I need to connect my blog to my new phone number as the codes are being sent to my very very old number.
Please can I kindly get some real more human support care here ?
Tonka
