  We are trying to login and manager our web sites: http://www.pandblive.com and http://www.pensionlive.com. we are having issues because the employee who was managing both sites is no longer an employee and the user name and password we had list and not working. Please contact me as soon as possible. I work Mon-Fri 8-5

  Those sites are both self-hosted WordPress.org sites, not WordPress.com. That means we have no access to them at all.

  You can try following the instructions here to reset your passwords:
  https://codex.wordpress.org/Resetting_Your_Password

  Failing that, you’ll need to contact your hosting providers for those two sites.
