Log In Issues

  On a separate WordPress account, I was able to log in from my phone but not my laptop. I tried resetting my password but the email with the link to reset it isn’t sending. Now I can’t log in on either my phone or my laptop. Anybody have any issues like this and know what I could try to get access to my account back?

  Are you trying to log in to a different WordPress.com account? If you are what’s the username or the site associated with it so I can have a look?

  Yes, it’s a different account from the one I’m posting this from. The username is jdurban.
