  Hey guys, WordPress had us reset our password for thebrawlnetwork.com and it’s not letting us login at all. We get the confirmation code and it’s cycling us through an endless loop of reverifying. What do we do??

  I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so we can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
