Log in issues

I created a website in 2018 that hasn’t been touched in years. The person I created it for now wants to update it. When we visit the web page we get ‘There has been a critical error on this website’ message. My logins pull up other websites I have created but not this one. Is there anyone at WordPress who can get me back into the website? I’ve tried the various usernames/emails and passwords I have documented in my notes but none of them work. Resetting passwords takes me to other sites and not this one. Thank you.

Hi there,
The only sites I see on your @kimmeekstx WordPress.com account when I check on our end are listed here:
– holycourage.wordpress.com
However, I do not see a critical error message related to this site since we do not have critical error messages on WordPress.com.
Is it possible you created your site under a different login that we are not able to see? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?
Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.

Sorry for the slow response. Lots going on.
url is http://www.sylvianteranpilates.com
Godaddy hosts the site. I think something happened to the site in September. She does not actively promote this site but only sends the occasional prospective client to it. Her business is strictly referral–so we’re slow in realizing there is an issue.
Thank you for checking. I don’t really want to rebuild it.
