Log in issues – can’t customize my website

  I cannot log into my website and customize it. I can get into this Reader part of my wordpress but I cannot go into my website (My Site). Every time I clikc My Site and try to log in, my info doesn’t work. I am using exactly what was sent to me by WordPress via email.
  I would like to hear back as soon as possible.
